The St. Isaac Jogues Youth Conference (SIJYC) is a yearly event for teens entering the 9th through 12th grades or who are in their graduating year of High School. Its goals are:
To bring teens to a deeper sense of their personal relationship with Christ
To demonstrate how to translate that relationship to everyday life and;
To help them learn how to continue to grow in their relationship with Christ after the conference ends.
SIJYC offers the quality of a national youth conference within a more intimate hometown setting. This conference encourages and promotes relational ministry between teens and their parish community through participation of youth group leaders and youth together.
SIJYC serves to cultivate a personal relationship with Christ, impart and enrich a sacramental Catholic culture, and to create a vocation friendly environment where the Holy Spirit can foster and inspire our teens to contemplate their vocational calling.
